Ingredients

  • 1 small box instant lemon pudding mix

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup 7 Up soda

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, 7 Up soda, and lemon extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
