Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup 7 Up soda
- 1 tsp lemon extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, 7 Up soda, and lemon extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a serving platter to cool completely.
