- Dip each ball into the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally the bread crumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- In a deep saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the arancini balls until golden brown.
- Remove the arancini from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve the abalone arancini hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
