Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plantains
  • 8 slices of mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Peel the plantains and cut them into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Place a slice of cheese between two plantain slices to form a sandwich.
  3. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
