Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets, cut into cubes

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together garlic, shallot, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the fish cubes to the spice mixture and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated fish onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the fish skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
