Ingredients
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tbsp achari masala (pickle spice mix)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 green chili, slit
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- Add achari masala, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until the chicken is tender and the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
