Adriatic Delight (Jadranski užitak)
Jadranski užitak, or Adriatic Delight, is a traditional Croatian seafood dish that captures the flavors of the Adriatic Sea.
Ingredients
- 500g fresh Adriatic fish fillets
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Place the fish fillets on top of the tomato mixture.
- Pour in the white wine and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
