Adriatic Delight (Jadranski užitak)

Ingredients

  • 500g fresh Adriatic fish fillets
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the fish fillets on top of the tomato mixture.
  5. Pour in the white wine and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
