  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the yogurt and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, then cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the crumbled feta cheese and chopped herbs.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.
