Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the yogurt and egg, then knead the dough until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the feta and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each portion into a circle.
  5. Place a portion of the cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges of the dough towards the center, leaving the cheese exposed in the middle.
  6. Brush the exposed cheese with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
