Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and ground cumin.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
