Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted chana dal
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- Once the cumin seeds splutter, add the roasted chana dal, peanuts, cashews, and raisins. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely before serving.
