Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted chana dal
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Once the cumin seeds splutter, add the roasted chana dal, peanuts, cashews, and raisins. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool completely before serving.
