Ingredients
- Pork belly - 2 lbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Score the skin of the pork belly with a sharp knife and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the pork belly in a roasting pan and roast in the oven for 1.5 hours.
- In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the glaze is slightly thickened.
