Ingredients

  • 3 lbs walrus blubber

  6. Cook for 1-2 hours, flipping occasionally, until the blubber turns crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  8. Serve the aiviq bacon hot and crispy.
