Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the cubed potatoes until they are just tender. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and green chilies, and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Stir in the chili powder, turmeric, and curry powder, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the boiled potatoes to the pan, along with soy sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the potatoes with the spicy sauce.
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
