Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced peppers and chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika to the skillet. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
