Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced peppers and chopped onion to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika to the skillet. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
