Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, chicken broth, and parsley.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a deep skillet or baking dish and pour the tomato sauce mixture over them.
- Cover the skillet or dish with a lid or foil and cook on the stovetop over medium heat for 45-50 minutes, or bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
- Serve the stuffed peppers hot, with a side of crusty bread or a fresh salad.
