Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 pound ground meat (beef or lamb)
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the core of the cauliflower and carefully separate the florets, keeping them intact.
