Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the core of the cauliflower and carefully separate the florets, keeping them intact.
