Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized squash
- 1 cup ground meat (beef or lamb)
- 1 cup rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create a hollow cavity.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground meat, rice, onion, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
