Ingredients

- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the lamb with salt and pepper, then place it in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, eggs, and rice flour. Gradually add water while whisking to create a smooth sauce.
- Pour the yogurt sauce over the lamb in the baking dish.
