Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and cold water. Mix well.
- Stir in the olive oil and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the soup in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
