Ingredients

  • 1 lb Alberta beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sugar for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until browned, then remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in the wok, then add the garlic and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
