  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the artichokes by trimming the tops and removing the tough outer leaves.
  2. Cook the artichokes in boiling water for 15 minutes, then drain and let them cool.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
