Ingredients
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200g squid, cleaned and sliced

- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
