Ingredients
- 1 cup dried white peas
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1/4 cup mint-coriander chutney
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

- Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) for garnish
Instructions
- Soak the dried white peas in water for 6-8 hours or overnight. Drain the water and pressure cook the peas with salt until they are soft.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked peas, boiled potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, and tomato.
- Add tamarind chutney, mint-coriander chutney, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the ingredients with the chutneys and spices.
- Divide the mixture into serving bowls and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sev.
