Aloha Ahi Tacos
Aloha Ahi Tacos are a delicious and refreshing Oceanic cuisine dish that combines the flavors of fresh ahi tuna with tropical ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh ahi tuna, diced
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced ahi tuna, pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Divide the ahi tuna mixture among the warm tortillas.
- Serve the Aloha Ahi Tacos immediately and enjoy!
