Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh ahi tuna, diced
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced ahi tuna, pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Divide the ahi tuna mixture among the warm tortillas.
  4. Serve the Aloha Ahi Tacos immediately and enjoy!
