Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, bread crumbs, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth mixture.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  4. Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
