Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 8 small tortillas

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute, then add the diced potatoes.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Place a spoonful of the spiced potato mixture on each tortilla, garnish with chopped cilantro, and fold into tacos.
