Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed

Instructions
- Mix the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chili, bread crumbs, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Toast the burger buns on the stovetop or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers by placing aloo tikki on the bottom half of the bun, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the top half of the bun before placing it on top of the burger.
