Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
- Mix together the mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, red chili powder, garam masala, onions, cilantro, and salt in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Place the aloo tikkis on a serving plate and top with sweet chutney, tangy tamarind chutney, yogurt, and sprinkle with sev.
