Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed

- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions

- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.

- Remove the Aloo Tikki from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and tamarind chutney.
