Ingredients

  • 500g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3-4 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons Kodava masala powder
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and curry leaves. Sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms, turmeric powder, Kodava masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Cook on medium heat until the mushrooms are tender and the spices are well incorporated.
  5. Once done, remove from heat and serve hot.
