Ingredients
- 500g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, slit
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons Kodava masala powder
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add the green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and curry leaves. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the sliced mushrooms, turmeric powder, Kodava masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Cook on medium heat until the mushrooms are tender and the spices are well incorporated.
- Once done, remove from heat and serve hot.
