Ingredients
- 500g fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, slit
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons Coorgi masala powder
- 1 tablespoon tamarind pulp
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for a minute.
- Add turmeric powder, Coorgi masala powder, and tamarind pulp. Mix well.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and salt. Cook on medium heat until the mushrooms are tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
