Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Now, add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates from the mixture.
- Break the eggs directly into the pan and scramble them with the masala mixture.
- Sprinkle garam masala and cook for a few more minutes until the eggs are fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
