Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 egg white
- 24 whole almonds for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the almond extract and egg white to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
