Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashew nuts
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, grind the cashew nuts into a fine powder.
  2. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  3. Gradually add the cornmeal to the boiling water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
