Ingredients
- 2 cups of white rice
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups of vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
