Anzac Biscuit Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Anzac biscuit crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine the Anzac biscuit crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
