Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the apples are tender. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Spoon the cooked apple mixture onto each crepe, fold or roll them up, and serve warm.
