Ingredients

  • 6 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced apples, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 6 squares.
  4. Brush each square with melted butter.
  5. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square.
  6. Bring the corners of the pastry square up to the center, pinching the edges to seal.
  7. Place the apple blossoms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
