Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
