Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.

  4. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
