Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb, cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 cup rice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups beef broth
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the lamb cubes and brown them on all sides.
- Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the diced red bell peppers, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
