Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups mixed Arctic berries (lingonberries, cloudberries, or blueberries)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, pulse together the flour, cold butter, sugar, and salt until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the dough into a 9-inch tart pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the Arctic berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Pour the berry mixture into the prepared tart crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
- Allow the tart to cool before serving.
