Ingredients

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the stovetop grill or a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture onto the Arctic char fillets.
  3. Place the fillets on the grill or skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky.
