Ingredients
- 4 Arctic char fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat a stovetop grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brush the Arctic char fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
