Ingredients
- 8 oz Arctic char, skinless and boneless
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely dice the Arctic char and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped shallot, capers, and fresh dill to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice. Pour this dressing over the char mixture.
- Gently toss the ingredients together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the tartare into 4 portions and shape each into a neat mound on serving plates.
- Serve the Arctic Char Tartare immediately, accompanied by toasted bread or crackers.
