Ingredients
- 250g fresh Arctic char, skinless and boneless
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp capers, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely dice the Arctic char and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped shallot, capers, and dill to the bowl.
- In a small separate bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the char mixture and gently toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the tartare for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Divide the tartare into 4 portions and serve chilled.
