Ingredients

  • 4 arctic char fillets

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Season the arctic char fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them with flour.
