Ingredients
- 4 arctic char fillets
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Season the arctic char fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them with flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the fillets from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the broth, heavy cream, dill, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the arctic char fillets to the skillet and spoon the dill sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
