Ingredients

  • 500g reindeer meat, thinly sliced
  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup lingonberries
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the reindeer meat and cook until browned.
  3. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  4. Add the diced potatoes and enough water to cover the ingredients.
  5. Simmer for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender and the potatoes are cooked.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with lingonberries.
