Arctic Fox Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 pound arctic fox meat, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the arctic fox meat to the skillet and season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
  3. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until they are tender.
  6. Return the cooked arctic fox meat to the skillet and toss everything together.
  7. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
  8. Divide the arctic fox and vegetable mixture among the warm tortillas.
  9. Serve the fajitas with optional toppings such as salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
