Ingredients
- 1 pound Arctic shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the Arctic shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve the Qalgiq Shrimp Stir-Fry over cooked rice.
