Ingredients

  • 1 pound Arctic shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the Arctic shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
