Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 8 crab cakes, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the crab cakes and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove the crab cakes from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve the crab cakes hot, with your choice of dipping sauce or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
