Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 crab cakes, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the crab cakes and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the crab cakes from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
